Whoever said your wedding was supposed to be one of the greatest days of your life was probably smoking "the crack." Or trying to get money out of you. But that person (or people) was also right.

Just look at this photo and tell me that can't be true.


I wouldn't say that weddings are an event horizon for all brides and grooms. I wouldn't dare even entertain that expectation, if I had it to do all over again. It's only really something you can assign after the fact.

I would say however, that it is an occasion when you learn who your true friends are, who really cares about you, and who you will make part of your future. Being able to say that is the greatest.
