A large part of my job is to watch videos online. Whether we choose to realize that multimedia is the way of the future or not, we can't deny that some of the stuff that's gracing the interwebs is creative genius. A lot of it is crap, too. But the gems are that much shinier for it.
So I've decided to drum up a weekly compilation of the latest Internet video that has caught my eye...I urge you to watch it, if nothing more than to simply acquire the authority to tell me that I have bad taste in Internet video.
Vid the first: Occupational Hazards
Courtesy of Gawker, this montage makes me regret that I ignored my j-school profs warnings as he sent me off into the field with a camera. I mean, come on, was I really going to get stabbed or gunned down on the south side of Chicago?
Don't answer that.
Vid the second: Matzah Man
If you'd been thinking that Passover cuisine is only appealing for matzah enthusiasts, you might be correct.
Vid the third: To walk or to bike?
Really, if you think about it, this is a great idea.
Vid the fourth: Those voice-over guys
In case you ever wondered who they were...and now you will never forget.
