You remember "that kid" in your elementary school class.

Don't shake your head at me. You know him.

He was the one with the too-big glasses and the cowlick. Nose buried in a comic book, or hands glued to a Gameboy. He was into bugs and dinosaurs and Star Wars. You might have heard the other kids boast about giving him wedgies and swirlies during study hall.

Well, in the words of Charlotte Bronte, Reader, I married him.

And that makes me a geek, by association.
